The first step is making a site visit and understanding our customers vision. We look at location, hot tub orientation with respect to viewshed, electrical code considerations and hook-up, and access for delivery and install. Once we have the big picture and our customers go-ahead, we meet the electrician and our concrete guy onsite to discuss the plan and move forward. No last minute surprises for us!

Job description - Hot Tub Service Technician
Employment Type: Full & Part-time

Crested Butte Hot Tub and Gunnison Hot Tub are growing — and we're looking for a driven, personable hot tub technician to grow with us.

What You'll Do:
Build solid product knowledge through trainings, field visits, and manager support
Provide superior service during periodic maintenance visits
Perform minor repairs, upkeep, and spa programming tasks for optimal spa performance
Become knowledgeable about pool/spa chemistry
Split time between our Crested Butte and Gunnison locations
We provide an AWD work van, work clothing and ongoing support and learning

What We're Looking For:
Highly motivated, self-starters with an aptitude for pool mechanics
A genuine, consultative, service-minded attitude when working with customers
Reliability, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable working across two locations in the Gunnison Valley
Compensation: Training starts at $25.00/hour plus incentives. Prior industry knowledge or CPO certification and repair skills pay up to $40.00/hour.
