🏡 SOMETIMES PLAN A DOESN’T WORK!
Real estate isn’t always about sticking to Plan A. Sometimes, it’s about knowing when to pivot (my husband is probably dying right now that I used this word because of Friends ).
My seller has been preparing to leave the country for two months, and the last thing she needed was the stress of trying to sell her home while traveling.
So we changed the plan! 🔄
Instead of rushing the sale or worrying about showings, negotiations, and closing deadlines from overseas, we decided to lease the property for a year. And just like that, we have a new strategy!
✅ A tenant in place for the next 12 months
✅ Rental income providing cash flow
✅ No pressure to sell while she’s traveling
✅ The opportunity to revisit selling next year
