A little nostalgia. A common thread. 🧵

This vintage Singer reminds us how a love of sewing can start small and become a lifelong craft.

At Lancaster & Associates, we celebrate that same dedication to making things beautifully.
From custom draperies to Roman shades, skilled hands and thoughtful details remain at the heart of our work. ❤️

Designed for the curve.
Made for the moment.

These floor-to-ceiling sheers follow the sweep of the window wall, filtering daylight and softening a dramatic architectural space.

The graceful drape lets the shape of the room shine.

Lancaster & Associates brings custom window treatments to spaces that call for more than a straight line.

It was a great night at the ballpark with our wonderful team! ⚾️

Kenmark Interiors, Lancaster & Associates, and Endure Materials came together at Globe Life Field for a Texas Rangers game filled with good food, plenty of laughs, and a 7–3 Rangers win!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening so memorable!

Lancaster takes a closer look at custom work in progress with JL Anthony hardware.

A curve with purpose. The art of the return.

This custom French return is a beautiful example of how thoughtful hardware can elevate an entire window treatment.
Rather than ending with a traditional finial, the rod sweeps gracefully back toward the wall, creating a clean, tailored silhouette and a more integrated transition at the edge of the drapery.

Lancaster & Associates is proud to bring together expert workroom ex*****on with our very own JL Anthony Hardware.

Create the entire window treatment solution that is both beautiful and highly functional.

Exceptional spaces are built on thoughtful details.

Our final look at The Stoneleigh, Le Méridien Dallas project.
Thank you for your partnership

We have two distinctive spaces—the Grand Salon and Club Music Room.

Each room has its own character; the window treatments create a common architectural thread. From the soft, tailored elegance of the Grand Salon to the rich, dramatic detailing of the historic Music Room, every treatment was designed to feel at home within its surroundings.

A fitting final chapter for a project where history, craftsmanship, and thoughtful detailing come together.

A Dallas icon, reimagined and renewed. ✨
The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection, Dallas.
Featuring the Presidential Suite.

Thoughtful details, precise craftsmanship, and years of expertise came together to create one unforgettable suite.

A special thank-you to our Lancaster & Associates team. The project took the skills of many to bring this vision to life. Our seamstresses, woodshop, upholstery team, and our installers- this project was a true collaborative effort.

Lancaster & Associates fabricated the specialty scalloped cornices with double welt trim, as well as the custom bed canopy and drapery. The finishing touch: custom tiebacks from JLAnthony.

We’re proud to help bring distinctive hospitality interiors to life, one custom detail at a time.
