Ridge Lakes, we’ve got something good coming your way!

This new custom home by George Welch Custom Homes is headed to Phase 2 in Heath, Texas—with approximately 5,700 square feet of living space and plenty of room to work, play, and entertain.

Here’s what’s inside:

• 5 bedrooms
• A dedicated study for getting down to business
• A game room for when business hours are over
• A 4-car garage—because the toys need a home, too
• Covered outdoor living and dining for those evenings that are too good to spend inside

The architecture brings a modern Hill Country feel, pairing clean lines and dramatic windows with warm stone, wood accents, and a dark metal roof. And that courtyard entry? Quite the welcome home.

Take a look at the front AND back—we gave both sides something to show off!

Introducing one of our most ambitious designs to date.

Inspired by the iconic Casa Maranello, this 16,828-square-foot estate was envisioned to capture the same spirit of automotive design—clean horizontal lines, dramatic proportions, and a seamless connection between architecture, luxury, and performance.

Rather than relying on ornament, the design focuses on scale, symmetry, and premium materials. Floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive entertaining spaces, a resort-style courtyard, show garage, and soaring two-story great salon all work together to create an experience that's both sophisticated and timeless.

This home wasn't designed to simply be large—it was designed to be memorable.

Project Highlights
• 16,828 sq. ft. of living space
• 22,941 sq. ft. under roof
• 8-car garage including a 4-car show garage
• Two-story great salon with a 28-foot vaulted ceiling
• Resort-style courtyard with pool and cabana
• Hidden caterer's kitchen and luxury service spaces
• Designed for Preston Hollow, Dallas

Every project begins with a vision. This one was inspired by one of the world's most recognizable automotive-inspired homes—and transformed into a residence designed for North Texas.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this one.

Timeless architecture isn't about following trends—it's about creating a home that feels just as beautiful decades from now as it does on day one.

Introducing one of our latest custom home designs in Dallas.

This 6,200-square-foot residence blends traditional forms with refined modern details. Steep gable rooflines, natural brick, oversized black steel-style windows, and a dramatic arched entry create a balanced façade that is both elegant and inviting.

Designed for modern family living, the home features:
• 5 Bedrooms
• 5 Full Baths + 2 Powder Baths
• Private Study
• Prep Kitchen & Walk-In Pantry
• W**e Room
• Expansive Open Living Spaces
• Upstairs Game Room & Flexible Bonus Room
• 3-Car Garage

Every space was carefully planned to maximize natural light, create strong visual connections throughout the home, and provide the functionality today's families expect while maintaining an architectural style that will stand the test of time.

Looking forward to seeing this vision become a reality.

Coming Soon to Ridge Lakes in Heath, Texas.

George Welch Custom Homes is bringing another custom luxury residence to the community—a 6,600-square-foot Modern Transitional Estate designed with clean contemporary lines, expansive glass, warm brick veneer, large-format architectural cladding, and vertical wood accents.

The home features:
• 4 bedrooms, each with a private ensuite
• Dramatic two-story entry
• Floating staircase
• 6-car garage
• Resort-style outdoor living

One of the most unique features of the home is a dedicated Music Listening Room designed to deliver an audio experience rivaling that of professional recording and listening studios.

Every element of the design has been carefully considered to create a home that is both architecturally striking and highly functional.

Another custom home design brought to life! This beautiful home I designed has been completed in the Northgate community in Rockwall, Texas.

While I'm proud of the design, the homeowner really knocked it out of the park with all the special touches and custom details he incorporated throughout the home. Seeing his vision come together and elevate the design made this project especially rewarding.

It's always exciting to watch a project evolve from plans on paper to a finished home that reflects the personality and lifestyle of its owners. Congratulations to the homeowner on a fantastic result!

🚧 Groundbreaking Soon in Parker, Texas! 🏡✨

Excited to announce that this landmark luxury estate will soon break ground in Parker, Texas. Positioned at one of the most prominent entrances to the city, it will be the first home you'll see when entering Parker from Plano.

This custom-designed estate features over **17,000 square feet of living space** and was envisioned as a true destination property for family, entertainment, wellness, and recreation.

Some of the highlights include:

• A private basement level featuring a dedicated man cave and private vehicle garage
• An impressive collector's show garage designed to showcase an exceptional automobile collection
• A dramatic entertainment hall that creates a memorable first impression upon entering the home
• Seven spacious bedroom suites, each with its own private ensuite bathroom
• Expansive walls of glass connecting interior living spaces to the outdoor resort environment
• A detached fitness pavilion dedicated to health and wellness
• A separate pool house designed for entertaining and outdoor living
• Resort-style pool, terraces, and outdoor gathering spaces throughout the property

This project represents the collaborative effort of a visionary homeowner, an incredible builder, and a design team committed to creating something truly special for the Parker community.

It's incredibly rewarding to see a project of this scale move from vision and design into reality. Looking forward to sharing construction progress as this extraordinary estate begins to take shape.

Another custom home design… and this one doesn’t whisper—it commands attention.

This residence features 13,469 square feet of living space and is being built in the prestigious Hills of Kingswood by Monaco Pinnacle .

Designed as a three-story home with a built-in walkout basement, this house takes full advantage of the lot—creating a strong presence from the street while opening up dramatically toward the rear.

From the front, the architecture hits hard. Clean horizontal rooflines, bold massing, and a striking central entry frame create a modern statement that’s impossible to ignore. The layering of materials adds depth and contrast, while expansive glass keeps everything feeling open, refined, and connected.

But where this home really separates itself… is when the sun goes down.

Integrated lighting traces every line and highlights every architectural move, transforming the entire exterior into a true showcase. It’s not just lit—it’s on display.

The rear elevation is on another level—literally. With the walkout basement, stacked outdoor living spaces, and full-height glass, the home opens up into a seamless indoor-outdoor experience designed for both everyday living and next-level entertaining.

Every line was intentional. Every detail was calculated.

This one isn’t subtle—and it’s not supposed to be.
