As-built to 3D model

This project started with the as-built phase, documenting the existing conditions and turning that information into a clean, organized 3D model.

Next up is renovation design development — where the project starts to take shape through layout studies, coordination, and revisions until the client’s vision is fully developed.

That’s a normal part of the renovation process. From as-built, to design development, to permit set, and eventually construction — every phase matters.

This was a focused kitchen renovation project with a clear goal: keep the design simple, open up the space, and create a cleaner layout for the home.

We’re currently supporting one of our design clients on this renovation project, and we love seeing these transformations come to life.

Our team started with the as-built phase, documenting the existing conditions and building a clear starting point for the project. From there, we’ve been working through revisions, coordination, and updates to help bring the finished vision together.

Point Cloud to Revit Model — Steam Room Project

Our team completed a 3D model for one of our engineering clients using point cloud data as the starting point.

This type of work takes accuracy, patience, and a strong understanding of existing conditions. From piping and equipment layout to walls, openings, and key coordination areas, the goal is to turn field data into a clean, usable model for the next phase.
