A look behind the scenes at The Farm.

Did you know there’s more to Homestead Gardens than our garden centers? Just down the road from our Davidsonville store is Homestead Hort Supply, affectionately known as “The Farm.”

This is where we grow the majority of the shrubs you’ll find in our garden center nurseries and where we supply landscape professionals with the quality plants and materials they’ve come to expect from the Homestead name.

While The Farm isn’t open to the public, it’s a valuable resource for local landscape contractors and an extension of the quality and expertise you already know and trust.

Planning a landscape project? Let your landscape contractor know about Homestead Hort Supply.

The same commitment to quality you’ve experienced at Homestead Gardens is available to the professionals bringing your outdoor spaces to life.

🚨🚨Houseplant owners: temperatures in our area this weekend are supposed to plummet at night and into the early morning! Reminder to bring in any houseplants TONIGHT (Friday) that are left outside.

A good rule of thumb: bring houseplants indoors whenever temps drop (day or night) below 55°. They’re safe to go back out once daytime temps rise.

Bring them in for the season once daytime temps are consistently below 55°.
