Pioneer Place has been part of Evanston’s heritage for more than a century. Now, after sitting vacant since 2019, the historic building is being thoughtfully renovated into 23 independent living apartments—preserving its character while creating a new future for Three Crowns Park.

Palmyra Missouri High School Palmyra R-I Athletics received a complete refresh honoring the district’s long-standing successes. Improvements include new bleachers seating 1,400 fans, a new wood floor and scoreboard, acoustical and environmental upgrades, an updated commons space, and even outdoor tennis courts for students! 🏀⛹️‍♀️

The New Prairie Central Elementary School is beginning to take shape. The new building is up to grade and we are in the process of bringing more rock onto the site. Foundation work has begun and the concrete base for the building will begin to be poured in the near future. The HVAC upgrades for the Upper Elementary and Junior High will be completed by the Fall of 2027 and we will begin the bid process for the High School Campus in early October with the hope for a completion date for the Fall of 2028.
