🚿✨ A beautiful custom shower starts with exceptional craftsmanship.

Beautiful tile is only part of the equation. The layout, prep work, waterproofing, cuts, transitions, niches, and finishing details are what take a shower from pretty to professionally done. 👏

And that’s where experience matters. 🔨

At Classic, we’re proud to have top-of-the-line tile installers who are part of our team—not just random subcontractors showing up at your home. Because when you invite someone into your home, you deserve to know who is doing the work and who stands behind it.

🚨 **The best flooring installation starts BEFORE the flooring ever goes down.**
Floor prep is one of the **MOST important parts of a quality installation.** 🏡✨

Before new flooring goes in🔨 That can mean checking for moisture 💧, correcting high and low spots 📏, repairing damaged areas, removing old adhesives, and making sure the surface is clean, stable, and ready for installation.

**Why does it matter?** 👇🏼

⚠️ Poor floor prep can lead to:
〰️ Uneven or moving floors
🪵 Gaps and separation
🔊 Squeaks or hollow spots
❌ Flooring failure down the road
👀 A finished floor that simply doesn’t look or feel right

You may never see the work that happens **underneath** your new floors—but you’ll absolutely notice when it wasn’t done correctly. 👏🏼

At **Classic Floor Coverings & Design**, we believe a beautiful floor is only as good as what’s underneath it. 💚 That’s why proper preparation AND professional installation matter.

✨ **Good installation isn’t just about laying the floor. It’s about doing the work you won’t see, so you can enjoy the results you will.** ✨

🍂 **’Tis the season for warmer color palettes.**

Color does more than make a space look beautiful—it sets the **tone for how your home feels.** 🏡✨

Warm creams, earthy browns, soft taupes and rich natural tones can instantly make a space feel more inviting, grounded and comfortable.

And we’re loving seeing that warmth make its way back into tile. 🤎

The right color. The right texture. The right material.
It all works together to create a home that **feels as good as it looks.**

**Your house looks “fine”… but you still don’t love it.

Here’s why. 👇

Nothing is technically “wrong”

The floors are still doing their “job”.
The bathroom “functions”.
The kitchen “works”
You’ve learned to live with that one room you’ve been saying you’ll update “eventually.”

But every time you walk through your home, you notice it.

It just doesn’t feel like **YOU.**

And here’s the thing—we see homeowners put off projects for YEARS because they’re overwhelmed by where to start.

What flooring should we choose?
Who do we hire?
Will they actually show up?
Who coordinates everything?
What if we spend the money and regret our choices?

**That’s usually the real reason the project never gets started.**

Hi there, I’m Tony, owner here Classic Floor Coverings & Design. 👋

I’ve spent years in this industry, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that homeowners don’t want to become flooring or construction experts—they just want to know they’ve hired someone they can trust to do the job right.

At Classic, we’re not here to hand you a stack of samples and send you on your way.

We bring the experience, help you make the right decisions for **YOUR home**, and take care of the details, so you don’t have to.

You’ve worked hard for your home.

Maybe it’s time to stop living with “fine” and create something you will love!

👋 If we haven’t met, I’m Chrissi, owner and designer here at Classic. We help homeowners confidently transform their homes with craftsmanship they can trust.

If you’re considering wide-plank white oak for your home, there’s more to choosing the right floor than simply picking the color you like best.

Here’s what I’d have you look at before you make your decision:

• The finish: A matte or wire-brushed finish gives you a more natural, timeless look—and is much more forgiving in a busy home.

• The width: If you love the look of a wide plank, don’t be afraid to go wider. A 7”+ plank can completely change the feel of a room.

• The details: Good flooring is about more than the plank itself. Transitions, installation, layout and craftsmanship all matter.

• The rest of your home: Your wall color, cabinets, countertops and furnishings should all work with your flooring—not compete with it.

• What’s underneath: A properly prepared subfloor is critical. Beautiful flooring can’t make up for poor preparation.

And this is exactly why we encourage homeowners to come see the flooring in person.

Because the sample you see on a screen—or even in a small sample board—can look completely different once you see it across an entire room.

If you’re ready to choose flooring for your home, come see us. We’ll help you find the right floor—not just the prettiest sample.
