terrazzo is discovered under carpet and how professional restoration can bring the floor back to life.

Great review from Debra... "I would leave a 10 star review if I could! They turned some of the most disgusting looking tile into a showroom. My house looks AMAZING! Absolutely nothing negative to say whatsoever. 2026. Just used this fabulous company again and it’s a complete miracle what they were able to do with my 25 year old tile floors! Incredible. Thank you!!"

Great review from Shawn... "I had a fantastic experience with Remedy Surface Care! Joe came out right on time and was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve been dealing with an issue with my floors for years, and no one had been able to help me figure out what was causing it. Joe took the time to really look at the problem, explain what was going on, and finally gave me answers.

What impressed me most was how helpful and honest Joe was. He genuinely seemed interested in figuring out the problem and finding the right solution rather than simply trying to sell me a service. After years of frustration with these floors, it was such a relief to finally have someone who knew what he was looking at!

I highly recommend Remedy Surface Care. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Joe! Five stars"

Great review from Bee... "Kim and Joe at Remedy Surface Care were great from start to finish. Joe came to our home to prepare a detailed estimate, and their pricing was refreshingly reasonable with no minimum floor space requirement—something we didn’t find anywhere else. We had terrazzo floors throughout the entrance, kitchen, dinette, living room, and patio that needed polishing, along with a few areas that required repair. Everything was handled with care and craftsmanship.

Our project required the work to be done in two separate phases to accommodate a kitchen remodel, and they coordinated around our schedule without hesitation. They were punctual, organized, and even finished ahead of the timeline. Beyond the quality of the work, they’re simply great people—easy to communicate with, genuinely considerate, and clearly committed to making the process smooth for their clients. We are very happy with the experience and outcome."
