Our team finished screening in this second story porch and building a new set of stairs just in time for 4th of July weekend!

Here are the finished pictures from our latest project!

A bright and beautiful sun-room added on with a spacious covered front porch boasting an arched open gable entry way. We installed TimberTech's advanced PVC tongue & groove decking from their porch collection in Weathered Teak. Then added 10" FRP columns with composite railings and privacy lattice skirting. The ceiling was finished off with tongue & groove planks stained with color Acorn from Cabot and we added lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The sun-room matches the porch and has a full PVC interior and hardie board siding exterior. Certainteed Grand Manor designer shingles were installed for the roofing and we installed new brick steps for both entrances.

This was certainly a fun project for us and we loved seeing how happy our customers are with their finished project!

Not all of our tasks are glamorous, but the work that goes on behind the scenes is what truly matters. Today was insulation day! We are getting the sunroom ready for its finishing touches by insulating and making sure there is an airtight seal on the finished space. Some days reveal major progress in a build, while others involve tasks that are never seen, but make a significant difference when design meets function in the space!

Our team has completed the installation of siding, windows, and doors and is now ready for painting. Next, we will focus on finishing the interior of the sunroom and attending to all the finishing details that make a project feel like home.
