Since 1987, Carpet Exchange has grown from one store in Arvada to 17 locations across Colorado and Wyoming. Today, more than 200 employees and 100+ installers help bring flooring projects to life.

Our sales associates average more than 10 years with us, and some team members have been here since the beginning.

From the warehouse crews getting flooring ready for installation to the sales associates helping Colorado homeowners make decisions about their homes, there are a lot of people behind every finished floor.
