Starting Monday with a little staircase transformation ✨

This custom stair runner completely changed the look of this space. We love how the modern, textured pattern adds interest while still allowing the beautiful hardwood treads to shine.

Not a bad way to step into a new week. 😉

The right flooring doesn’t simply finish a room. It defines it.

From busy mornings to quiet evenings, your flooring should complement your lifestyle, your design vision, and the character of your space.

At Beacon & Birch, we help you choose flooring that feels as refined as it is functional, creating interiors designed to be lived in beautifully.

New floors, without the disruption. ✨

For this project, we installed beautiful LVP throughout the main basement living area and a coordinating patterned carpet in the bedroom and on the stairs.

The best part? The homeowners were able to head out of town while we handled the entire project. They came home to brand-new floors—no living through demo, installation, or having their home turned upside down.

At Beacon & Birch, we don’t just help you choose the right flooring. We manage the project from start to finish so the process is as easy as possible.

Project spotlight ✨

We recently completed the carpet replacement at the Lone Tree Arts Center auditorium, and these finished photos really show the scale of this project.

From the main seating areas and aisles to the stairs and upper levels, every detail had to be carefully planned around the unique layout of the space. The new carpet gives the auditorium a fresh, updated look while complementing the warm wood tones and architecture already in place.

Commercial projects like this are a great reminder that flooring isn’t just the finishing touch—it plays a huge role in how a space looks, feels, and functions.

Proud to have Beacon & Birch be a part of this transformation. 🤎

A beautiful space should do more than look good in photos.
It should work for the way you live.

The best interiors balance beauty with function, creating spaces that feel inviting, intentional, and comfortable day after day.

At Beacon & Birch, we believe thoughtful design starts with understanding the people who will actually use the space.
Because your home should work for you, not the other way around.

Ready to create a space that feels like you?

✨ Introducing Beacon & Birch ✨

In Home Flooring is becoming Beacon & Birch — and there’s a lot of meaning behind the name.

Beacon represents guidance. A beacon helps you find your way, and that’s exactly how we want our clients to feel when working with us. Renovating a home can come with a lot of decisions, and our job is to bring expertise, honesty, and a clear path forward — from the first design decision to the final installation.

Birch represents home, nature, growth, and new beginnings. It reflects the warmth and beauty we want to bring into the spaces we create, while also representing this next chapter for our company.

And the lighthouse within the tree brings those ideas together: guidance + growth. 🌿

While flooring will always be at our roots, we’ve grown into something more. Beacon & Birch better represents who we are today — a team focused on flooring, interiors, and creating spaces that last.

New name. New look. Same people, same commitment to our clients — and so much more ahead.

Welcome to Beacon & Birch. 🤎

Our marketing team: “Don’t reveal the new name.”

Also us:
🎬 Dramatic reveal.
😱 Jurassic Park gasp.
🎶 Mr. Lover Lover.
🌳 One tree.
🔤 One letter.

Mission accomplished… technically. 😂

Thank you for your hard work, your guidance, and the countless moments that make a house feel like home.

🏡 Here’s to the fathers who help lay the foundation for life’s best memories.

What You Don’t See Matters Most 👀

A beautiful new laminate or LVP floor starts long before the first plank is installed.

These photos show one of the most important steps in the process: floor leveling and preparation. While it may not be the part homeowners get excited about, it’s often the difference between a floor that lasts for years and one that develops problems down the road.
• Eliminates high and low spots
• Helps prevent movement, squeaks, and hollow sounds
• Protects locking systems from premature failure
• Creates a smoother, more professional finished look

The truth is, the best flooring installations are built on the work you never see once the project is complete.

At In Home Flooring, we believe proper prep isn’t optional—it’s the foundation of every successful floor.
