What is it?
A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine is a computer-operated system that automates the movement and operation of tools to cut, carve, drill, or shape materials like metal, wood, and plastic.
We run 5 CNC machines between both locations.
What does it do?
Our team loads a digital design created by our engineering team, and the machine does the rest. It cuts parts to exact size, drills hardware holes, and routs shapes, notches, and cutouts, all in one pass.
Why it matters:
✅ Precision: Every part is cut to the same exact dimensions, every time.
✅ Speed: Full sheets become finished parts in a fraction of the time of manual methods.
✅ Less waste: Smart nesting software lays parts out to get the most out of every sheet.
✅ Capacity: With 5 machines running, we can keep production moving and meet tight deadlines.
Behind every great product is a machine that gets the details right, and our CNC machines are where so much of our work begins.
