As the days get shorter and schedules shift indoors, you start to notice the spaces that work well, and the ones that could work a whole lot better.

If your kitchen has been on that list, fall is a great time to start thinking about what comes next. More storage. Better flow. Room for everyone to gather. Finishes that feel like they belong in your home.

Thinking about a kitchen renovation? Let’s start the conversation. Read our latest blog for more information!

It was a great reminder this past week when we've had extreme cold temperatures. Before pipes could freeze, we were alerted of a cold spot in a house during the cold snap and deployed our service team to check it out.

Some of the most common sensors that get installed include moisture sensors, gas sniffers, and temperature probes. We can customize sensors to detect anything regarding HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and air quality systems. This may be something worth looking into if you travel somewhere warm during the cold months.

One of our crews just wrapped up a tiled shower in a historic home. Our client said: "They did great work and were accountable, transparent and super respectful. They did a super clean at the end of every day and were thoughtful about the household routines happening around them. We had a great experience with these guys. Highly recommend! Special props to our two workman, Levi and Levi. Thanks for a job well done. What a difference!"

Way to go team! Another happy client for the books.

There’s nothing better than hearing directly from the people who live in the homes we build.

This video features a wonderful couple who partnered with us to design and build their modern custom home in the pines of Northern Minnesota. From the very first design discovery conversations to the final walkthrough, they share what the process was like — and why the finished home exceeded their expectations.

If you’re curious about what it’s really like to build a custom home from start to finish, we think you’ll enjoy hearing their story.
