Recieved a call about a ceiling falling down in a bedroom with a ceiling fan. The fan was only attached into the plaster and drywall which over time cause ceiling failure. We cleaned up the mess. Installed a proper ceiling fan bracket, replaced trim and finished and painted the trim and ceiling where it looks great and most important like nothing happened. Couldnt have completed this task without the help of The Mitten Handy Services LLC in a timely manner.

We just completed Phase 1 of a full restoration at a commercial building—water damage between the women’s and men’s bathrooms. We removed all mold using mold killer, replaced all drywall where mold was located on both sides, installed new flooring, and gave everything a fresh coat of primer and paint. Next up, Phase 2: we’re tackling the men’s restroom—and stay tuned, new countertops for the sinks are coming soon!
