We completed this well pressure tank replacement in Cape St. Claire yesterday after the homeowner reported fluctuating pressure and frequent pump cycling.

The existing shower was leaking, so we replaced it with a custom tile shower designed for comfort, added support, and everyday use. We chose finishes to complement the existing bathroom—without remodeling the entire room.

Another full bathroom transformation completed in Eastport! 🔨🚿

We transformed this bathroom into a more functional and accessible space, featuring a large walk-in tiled shower with a built-in bench, recessed niche, multiple grab bars and a handheld shower system.

The project also included new flooring, vanity and countertop, lighting, plumbing fixtures, trim and paint — bringing the entire bathroom together from start to finish.

We’re extremely happy with how this one turned out, and most importantly, the homeowners now have a bathroom designed to be safer, more comfortable and more functional for years to come.

🚨 Well Pump Replacement & Well System Repair 🚨

Customer had no water to the home due to a failure in the well system.

We excavated around the well to access the pitless adapter assembly, which had seized and was preventing the pump from being removed. After freeing the assembly, we pulled the well pump and discovered a deteriorated and broken fitting connecting the pump to the water line, along with another damaged fitting at the pitless adapter.

We replaced the damaged fittings and installed a new well pump, restoring reliable water service to the home.
