When the owners of this 45-acre property on Whidbey Island came to us with a vision to create a family retreat, H2D dove right in. The design for this family retreat centers on a main cabin that serves as the heart of the camp. This space is intended as the primary gathering place for family and guests, providing a welcoming hub for socializing, meals, and shared experiences.

The upper level of H2D's Cougar Mt Custom home project is designed with the private spaces of the home, including a serene primary suite, kids' bedrooms, and a spacious recreation room designed for family gatherings. These spaces are detailed with wood clad ceilings and exposed beams to give a warm cozy feel to these family spaces. The result is a home that balances elegance and comfort while celebrating the character of its site.
