Good morning, friends! ❤️ Remember this devotional from our birthday Favorite Finds bags? Well, I’m starting mine today.

My first to-do is to tell someone I’ve begun this 100-day journey toward a braver life. So here I am, telling all of you. That should keep me accountable.

Honestly, I need this. I can get pretty caught up in overthinking, worrying, and trying to figure everything out. I want to get better at trusting God and taking that next step without needing to know how it’s all going to work out.

We’ve taken plenty of steps of faith over these ten years at The Red Lantern, but that doesn’t mean the next one comes easy. I’m still learning, too. So if you got one in your bag, pull it out and join me. I’d love to know who’s reading along. We can encourage each other as we go. I wish I was sorry, but I’m not. Told the hubby our Christmas tree may go up this weekend. And we’re also getting Ella a pumpkin, so apparently we’re celebrating all the holidays at once.

A pumpkin for Ella. A Christmas tree for Gigi. Everybody gets to be happy. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 And yes, Justin approves of my holiday chaos.

This weather calls for soup, and bread for dipping (gotta get the last bit of soup in the bowl😉).

Carmie’s Broccoli Cheddar Soup Mix is on the shelf at The Red Lantern, ready for your next soup night! I always add a bag of frozen broccoli and substitute some of the water with heavy whipping cream. Makes it extra tasty and more hearty. Definitely a favorite in our house.

Well, we’ve added boots to the mix! We brought in Corky’s boots for our birthday celebration, and now we’re finally sharing them here!

We’re trying something new. They are cute AND comfortable so it seemed like a good place to start. The cushioned footbed forms to your feet as you wear them, and you know we’re all about a cute boot that doesn’t make us miserable. Come try a pair on! We’d love to hear what you think. ❤️

We took a little time to rest after all the birthday fun. Apparently we don’t bounce back quite as fast as we did when we opened 10 years ago.

But goodness, you sure made it worth it! ❤️ We’re still smiling over the visits, the laughs, and all the love you showed us. Now it’s back to moving things around and planning for the next big event. Come see us this week!

We spent this Sunday resting after a weekend that left our hearts so full. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who celebrated our 10th birthday with us! For showing up, sharing our posts, bringing a friend, and loving on us. You made this weekend so special.

Ten years ago, we were two ladies with a dream and a building that needed a whole lot of work. We had no idea how many wonderful people that little shop would bring into our lives. And here we are. Ten years of familiar faces, new friendships, laughter, prayers, and people who keep showing up for us. You’ve encouraged us through more than you probably realize.

We thank God for this journey and for each of you who has been part of it. Getting to do this together, with all of you, means so much to mom and me. Thank you for loving our little shop for TEN YEARS. We love you! ❤️

Lots of caffeine and a whole lot of help from this beautiful gem! Becky may be questioning what she signed up for with Mom and me!

She’s been such a blessing while Aunt Edith recovers, jumping in and helping us keep things going. Becky, we appreciate you more than you know. Thanks for taking on the work AND the two of us. That deserves its own thank-you! 😂❤️
