Unfortunately Mother Nature has won and we are done cutting for the year.

Thank you to everyone that has supported us this year!

We will be closed for the winter and open again March 1. Cutting for 2025 will start anytime between March and May…it will depend on what the spring weather does. We will keep the farm voicemail updated as it gets closer 618-656-7265

Update: Wednesday we still have some honor sod for those last minute projects!

We have a small honor pallet out today. I’m not sure how many more days we will be able to cut.

We have honor sod today!

We actually got to cut a little bit today. But truth is the weather could shut us down at any moment. We haven’t given up by any means but trying to be realistic. I’m making my way through my call when cutting list as well.

It’s a little wet this morning ☔️

Hopefully we don’t get too much and will be able to cut at the end of the week. We’ll keep you updated.

I haven’t given up yet but the wet cold weather makes it difficult for the fields to dry out enough to cut.
