The 2 car garage is coming along nicely and is almost complete.
Insulation and OSB going up inside after that will get it painted and this project will be complete ✅💪

Only had the forklift for a day and a half so we made the best of It.
Set most of the trusses and have about half of it already decked.
everything else is staged and ready to rock this roof out this coming week 😁
For 2 men and less than 14 hrs I'd say we kicked butt this Thur&Fri 🇺🇸💪

This is a repair of a leaking pan that was done wrong from the start, had practically no waterproofing to it.
The damage was not only in the shower but also on the floor outside of the shower curb.
We replace everything all the way down to the frame work.
To save some time and materials we decide to just redo the pan and half way up the walls with one full "floor to ceiling" accents wall. Since we decided on a bigger niche, we had to open it up and reframe anyway..
The herringbone mosaic on the floor and back of the niches really tie the colors together.
I honestly absolutely love the 2 tone look of this shower with the gorgeous marble stone trim literally the chefs kiss that makes this space just feel perfectly thought out!
I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
