So Facebook shares my posts to random pages and groups and sometimes those aren’t relevant to the group or page. Does anyone know how to prevent this or to change a setting to where that doesn’t happen or if it does I have control over where it posts

Good morning. Unfortunately I won’t have bread and muffins available today. I found glue or plastic pieces in the flour I use. At first I thought it was just from me opening the bag but as I worked with I continued to find it. Ive emailed the company and now looking for another flour source.

Goldenrod (Solidago species) is a traditional herbal remedy valued for supporting the respiratory and urinary systems.

Respiratory Support

• Allergies and Sinus Relief: Goldenrod acts as a natural decongestant, helping to dry up excess mucus, ease postnasal drip, and soothe watery eyes caused by hay fever or seasonal allergies.
• Sore Throats: A warm tea or infusion made from the flowers can be used as a gargle to help soothe inflammation in the throat.

Urinary Tract Health

• Diuretic Effect: It increases urine output, which helps flush out the kidneys and bladder.
• Infection Support: Herbalists traditionally use goldenrod to help manage mild urinary tract infections (UTIs) and reduce minor spasms in the urinary tract.

Antioxidant and Topical Uses

• High Antioxidants: Goldenrod is rich in flavonoid antioxidants like quercetin and kaempferol, which protect cells from free radical damage.
• Wound Healing: Applied topically as a wash, salve, or poultice, it helps dry out minor skin wounds, soothe insect stings, and calm skin irritations like eczema.

We use goldenrod in our Rose Gold salve and this years batch will be available soon! As well as an allergy support tincture!
