⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another 5-Star Google Review!

We received this wonderful review today from Jason Piorkowski following a recent basement renovation in Pewaukee, WI.

There's nothing more rewarding than hearing how much our homeowners love their new space and knowing our team made the entire remodeling experience a positive one.

Here's what Jason had to say:

💬 "We couldn’t be happier with our basement renovation! The Lifetime Renovations team took our vision and truly brought it to life, transforming our basement into an amazing additional living and entertainment space that our family and friends will enjoy for years to come.

A huge thank you to Matt for making the entire experience such a positive one. We’d also like to thank Alex for his design work and for helping turn our ideas into the beautiful space we envisioned.

We especially want to recognize Nikki for all of her hard work, dedication, communication, and attention throughout the project. She went well above and beyond and played a huge part in making the entire process such a great experience.

We’d also like to give a big thank you to Mason, Jeffrey, and Carter for all of their hard work and craftsmanship. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

One of the things we appreciated most was getting to know the team throughout the renovation. Having people in your home for a major project can sometimes be stressful, but the entire Lifetime Renovations team made us feel comfortable and completely at ease. By the end, we felt like we had really gotten to know everyone, which made the experience that much better.

The finished basement exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely love our new space. We would highly recommend Lifetime Renovations to anyone considering a remodeling project. Thank you, Matt, Alex, Nikki, Mason, Jeffrey, Carter, and the entire team for bringing our vision to life!"

❤️ Thank you, Jason, for the incredible review and for trusting Lifetime Renovations with your home! We're thrilled that you love your new basement, and we couldn't be prouder of our team for their dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment to making every remodeling experience a great one!

🏡 We're Featured in MKE Lifestyle Magazine! 🎉

We're excited to share that Lifetime Renovations was featured in the October issue of MKE Lifestyle Magazine, showcasing a beautiful whole-home renovation we completed in Wauwatosa!

One of our favorite parts of the article was hearing what the homeowner had to say about working with our team:

💬 “He was the only one who asked, ‘Why don’t you move your kitchen?’ No one had ever suggested that.”

That's what makes the Lifetime Renovations approach different.

We don't just look at what's already there. From the earliest stages of a project, we look at the bigger picture, challenge conventional layouts, and explore creative possibilities that others might overlook.

For this Wauwatosa family, that meant relocating the kitchen, rethinking the layout, adding new living space, and transforming their existing house into their forever home.

Whether we're remodeling a kitchen, bathroom, basement, or building an addition, we bring that same creative thinking, thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional craftsmanship to every project.

Because exceptional results start long before construction begins.

Another basement transformation complete in Waukesha!

What started as an unfinished lower level is now a fully finished space designed for family life, entertaining, and overnight guests. The remodel includes a dark bourbon-inspired bar, comfortable living room, dedicated toy room, full bathroom, guest bedroom with an egress window, and custom w**e storage beneath the stairs.

We also reworked existing HVAC and plumbing to create better ceiling clearance and a functional hallway connecting the bedroom and bathroom.

The result is a warm, inviting lower level that adds a whole new way for this family to enjoy their home.

As life changes, your home should evolve with you.

This family had reached the empty nester stage and realized they no longer needed an extra bedroom. Instead, they wanted a larger, brighter space where they could enjoy their morning coffee, gather with family and friends, and make everyday life a little more enjoyable.

By removing an unused bedroom, we transformed the layout into a beautiful sunroom and dinette that feels like a seamless extension of the kitchen. With custom cabinetry, vaulted ceilings, and warm natural finishes, the space is now filled with light and designed for the way they live today.

Sometimes the best renovation isn't adding more square footage, it's making better use of the space you already have.

Thinking your home could work better for your lifestyle? We'd love to help bring your vision to life.

From Underused Basement to Everyday Living Space.

One of the biggest opportunities in many homes is the space that's already there, it's just waiting to be reimagined.

For this project, the homeowners wanted to make better use of their basement and create a space that felt like a natural extension of the rest of the home. What was once a collection unfinished areas, exposed utilities, and underutilized square footage has been transformed into a bright, welcoming lower level designed for everyday living.

Our team completely refreshed the space with a warm and inviting entertainment area, a brand-new full bathroom, updated finishes, and thoughtful details throughout. The result is a basement that no longer feels like an afterthought, but rather one of the most comfortable and functional spaces in the entire home.

The transformation is a great reminder that you don't always need to add onto your home to gain more usable space. Sometimes, the best square footage is already under your feet.

🏡 Two Floors. One Incredible Transformation.

When this Pewaukee family needed more space and better functionality, they chose to invest in the home they already loved, and the results speak for themselves.

Upstairs, we completely remodeled the primary bathroom, creating a bright and inviting retreat featuring a custom double vanity, quartz countertops, a spacious walk-in tile shower, and a stunning backlit mirror that adds both style and function.

Downstairs, we transformed the unfinished basement into a fully finished living space that now includes two new bedrooms, a dedicated home office, a full bathroom, a custom wet bar, and a spacious recreation area centered around a beautiful fireplace. What was once unused storage space is now a natural extension of the home, perfect for guests, working from home, entertaining, and everyday living.

The result is a home that feels larger, more functional, and better suited for the family's lifestyle without ever needing to move.
