Another rough one is put to rest!
This was a flooded basement job we started several weeks ago. Sadly, the Homeowners Insurance policy denied the claim citing the pool as the cause of the water damage and not the tornado that dumped 10" of rain in just a few hours. 🙄
We were able to pull out most of the water damaged material a while back, but this sink base was a total loss. Took some time to get a matching recreation custom cabinet made from StyleLine Custom Cabinet & Top Co. And today was the day we (somehow) fit it back in place without disturbing the rest of the basement bar, the built in appliances, and very little of the finished plumbing. Like threading a needle in the dark with eyes closed. Also did some remediation on the faulty window well by refilling the stone up to the perimeter drain and applying urethane caulking to seal the window well to the foundation.
Im unbelievablely proud of the work my team does daily...William had to do some serious parkour inside the deep window well in very confined space, and Tim was "Mr On The Spot" fetching tools, hauling stone and cleaning the beejezus out of the job before we walked out.
We left our work looking like the event *never* happened!
