It has recently come to our attention that some of our Japanese cucumber seeds were mistakenly mislabeled somewhere between our wholesale supplier and our garden center sales tables.

We sincerely apologize to any customers who purchased plants or seeds that did not match what they intended to buy. We understand how disappointing and frustrating that can be, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

At Turtle Creek Plant Co., we take great pride in providing quality products and accurate information, and we are committed to making this right. If you were affected by this mix-up, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’d be happy to remedy the situation.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small family business. We truly appreciate each and every one of you. 💚🌱
