Was asked to replace a toilet for one with a bidet. Fortunately the customer already had an outlet nearby so I didn’t have to run the electrical outlet. A good thing because I have never run into this kind of flush system in the old toilet I removed. A little determination goes a long way! Got it done despite the hiccup.

Finished up a five day bathroom remodel for Lori and Brian. Removed old cabinet, toilet, shower pan and tile as well as the floor tile. Replaced everything new with material Lori picked out. Came out exceeding their expectations.

At Bills house today replaced two hose bibs that were leaking from the anti siphon. Had to reinvent the wheel as they say. The builder decided to sweat connect the old faucets. See the last picture. 😔

Ken wanted to surprise Amy with this fancy bidet seat for Mother’s Day. She is out of town and I was able to get there today to get the gfci outlet installed as well as get the water supply and seat set up for her return. No easy task running the power from the attic down to behind the toilet.

Brian reached out about adding air conditioning and an easement window that he was told would bring his ADU up to code. Got it done for him in two and a half days. He definitely wanted to overbuild the header above the window to avoid issues with the city. So he got a 2x12 up there!
