Specialized tools for every situation.

We cleaned the dryer vents on almost every townhome in this Kirkwood neighborhood. These vents are located between the third and fourth floors and posed an accessibility challenge. We use compressed air and cleaned from the third floor balcony. Most companies would not have been able to complete this job.

Tears are flowing as I make this post.

Today is my son Brandon’s final day working for Hook N Ladder. He is going into the military in a few days.

I am so proud of the man he has become. I know that he is poised to do amazing things. But this Dad is going to be lost. For the last few years, God has blessed me with a chance to work side by side with my son. I am so grateful for that opportunity. He is one of my best friends.

We love you Brandon!!

That is disappointing!

Whoever installed this vent knowingly crushed the vent. It looks as if it was slightly too long. Instead of getting tools to trim it down, it was easier to smash it and hide it. This vent is three stories in the air. They knew that by the time somebody noticed the problem, they would be long gone.

Call us to inspect your dryer vent.

Wow!! Extreme Blockage!!

This Eureka homeowner recently replaced their dryer. The new dryer wasn’t drying their clothes either. They called a few different companies, but none could help fix the problem. Then they called us.

Using our inspection camera, the problem area was located. The vent was so blocked that we had to drain gallons of water before cleaning and repairing the system.

We are Hook N Ladder Dryer Vent Solutions and we are the most educated and experienced dryer vent service in the region.

While cleaning the dryer vent at a local veterinarian office, they requested that we clean the dryer also.

This dryer had been cleaned out about year ago. Pet hair was all over inside. We were able to perform what is referred to as a minimal disassembly cleaning. During this process, we clean out the dryer. The safety and efficiency of the dryer and vent were drastically improved.

Lint screens don’t stop everything. Lint and other materials can make it past the lint screen. That is why vents get clogged.

On this vent, a dryer sheet made it all the way to the vent cover. The dryer sheet also caused lint to build up.

NFPA recommends having your dryer vent cleaned annually.

Another reason to use Hook N Ladder, to clean your dryer vent. We are the Dryer Vent Experts. We have been properly trained and we have the best quality equipment for dryer vent cleaning, repairs and inspections.

This Homeowner had called, saying that he had lint in his wall. We used our compressed air system to remove lint from the vent. With our inspection camera, we were able to locate a disconnect in the system.
