Floors & More has been part of Lake County for over 25 years. When we had the chance to carry that legacy forward, we knew it was meant to be.

We're Peter and Anne, and this business means everything to us. The craftsmanship, the relationships, the trust that was built long before we got here. That's what we show up to protect every day.

We're not a big box store. We're your neighbors. We know our customers by name, and we care about every project like it's our own home.

Whether you're updating a single room or starting from scratch, we're here to help you create a space you're proud of. Come see us in Eustis.

When the flooring is right, the entire home feels different.

This custom home called for something that would complement the natural wood beams, the brick, and all that natural light pouring in. The hardwood ties everything together and lets the rest of the design breathe.

That's what quality materials and thoughtful selection can do. They don't compete with the space. They elevate it.

This is the kind of work we love being a part of.

Your shower doesn't have to be boring. It's actually one of the best places in your home to add a little personality.

This one keeps it simple with a clean gray tile on the walls, but that accent strip adds just enough texture and detail to make the whole space feel intentional. Pair that with a pebble floor and you've got a shower that feels elevated without being overdone.

You don't need to go wild to make a statement. Sometimes it's just about combining the right materials and letting them do the work.

Ready to plan your shower remodel? We're here to help!

Choosing a hardwood floor isn't just about the color or the species. The finish you go with plays a huge role in how your floors look and hold up over time.

Matte hides scratches and dirt better than anything. It's low maintenance and looks natural. Satin gives you a little bit of sheen without showing every footprint. And glossy brings the drama, but it takes more upkeep to keep it looking clean.

Each one has its place depending on your home, your lifestyle, and how much traffic your floors see every day.

Not sure which one's right for you? That's what we're here for. Come in and see them side by side.

Your bedroom should be the most comfortable room in your house. And that starts with what's under your feet the moment you get out of bed.

Carpet brings a warmth and softness to a space that hard surfaces just can't match. It's one of those upgrades that you notice every single morning.

We carry a full range of styles, textures, and fibers in our Eustis showroom. Whether you're looking for something plush and cozy or durable enough for a busy living room, we've got options worth checking out.

Stop by our showroom and see what feels right.

Big things happening behind the scenes. We've got a new warehouse and we're officially getting moved in.

It's just 10 minutes down the road from our showroom on Old US 441, and it gives us a lot more room to store materials and keep projects on track.

But here's the exciting part for our customers. We'll be able to do cash and carry, meaning you can come in, grab what you need, and take it with you. No waiting around.

Still getting organized, but we couldn't wait to share. Stay tuned as we get everything set up.

Some people like to walk in with no idea and figure it out together. Others like to show up with a shortlist already in mind. Either way works for us.

However you want to start the process, we'll meet you there.

Full home projects are our favorite kind of work and this one is a great example of why.

When we get to work across an entire house, we can think about how each room connects to the next. Where to carry a material through for continuity and where to switch things up to give a space its own feel. Indoor to outdoor, living room to bathroom to craft room, every room has a purpose and the flooring should reflect that.

The fun part is finding creative ways to tie it all together so the home feels cohesive without every room looking the same.

This one came together beautifully and we couldn't be more proud of it.

Some spaces deserve more than one look.

The patterned leaf tile on the walls gives this bathroom a personality you feel the second you walk in. The pebble stone floor adds texture and contrast that keeps it grounded. And that arched window brings in just the right amount of natural light to make the whole room come alive.

Every material in here was chosen with intention, and it all came together beautifully.
