Monterey Farm

Monterey Farm Though we may be small, our dream of cultivating crops & community on locally grown goodness is not!

🌻 A little Monterey Farm update 🌻

I’ve had quite a few people reach out asking about Monterey Farm this year, so I wanted to take a minute to give everyone an update.

Unfortunately, Monterey Farm is going to be in a bit of a holding pattern for 2026. I’ve been working through some personal things, and right now I need to take a step back and focus on those things.

That means no mums this year and no farm operation like we’ve had in the past.

It’s definitely bittersweet because I’ve loved growing for everyone, seeing all of your pictures, hearing your feedback, and watching Monterey Farm grow year after year. This place has meant a lot to me.

I’m not saying goodbye though. ❤️ My hope is that this is just a pause and that Monterey Farm will be back in 2027.

To everyone who has reached out, supported the farm, bought mums, picked sunflowers, grabbed some garden veggies, shared posts, or simply followed along over the years, thank you. It truly means more than you know.

Sometimes you just have to slow down, take care of what’s important, and trust that there will be another season.

Hopefully I’ll see all of you back at Monterey Farm next year. 🌻❤️

🌼🍂 Today we said farewell to our very last mum of the season — and with that, our 2025 mum season has officially come to a close.
I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to every single one of you who came out, shared a post, told a friend, or picked up mums (or tomatoes and peppers!) this year. Your support means more than you’ll ever know. 💛

Mums are truly the lifeblood of Monterey Farm. For five months of the year they get my daily attention, and they’re what allows me to keep chasing this dream. Because of this community, I get to keep growing, sharing the harvest, and being a small part of your fall traditions. None of this happens without you.

I’m already excited for what’s ahead, and I can’t wait to see you all again next season. Until then, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making 2025 such a special one!

Nothing makes me happier than seeing how everyone is enjoying what they’ve picked up from Monterey Farm this season! 🌼🍅🌶️
✨ Kellin Nicole shared her beautiful porch all decked out with our mums.
✨ Gabriel Cantrell put our tomatoes to work and made some amazing fresh salsa.
✨ Jill Wicher roasted up some of our peppers — and they look delicious!
I love seeing how our crops are finding their way into your homes and kitchens. 🏡❤️
Keep the pictures coming — whether it’s your fall porch, a favorite recipe, or a creative way you’ve used what you picked up. And if you’re still needing mums, we’ve got a selection available on the honor system stand.

Drop your photos in the comments ⬇️ — they might even inspire others with ideas for their own fall looks!

And if you still need a few mums to finish off your decorating, I’ve got some left here at the farm. 🌸
