Brecken Wild

Brecken Wild Made for Mountain People. Original mountain murals transformed into functional gear. Designed in Breckenridge, Colorado.

Hi, I'm Lo Husen, Breckenridge-based muralist specializing in hand-brushed mountain landscapes. Inspired by the Colorado Rockies where I was born & raised, I create custom feature walls that bring the grandeur of the mountains into your home, office, venue or business. My deep connection to nature drives me to help others experience its power through art, even when they can’t be there in person. That's why each mural I paint is a unique piece that transforms any space into a statement and creates A VIBE. Whether it’s a peaceful scene for your bedroom or a bold design for your business, my goal is to create timeless art that captures the spirit of the high peaks and leaves a lasting impression on all who encounter it.

“Ten Mile” 🏔️

Commissioned by U.S. Bank for their Breckenridge branch to bring more life and color into the lobby, create a fun photo backdrop for J1s and others celebrating milestones at the bank, and simply give people something beautiful to enjoy.

I’m so stoked on how it turned out. This one definitely challenged me and pushed me to the next level artistically.

And yes… I’m already working on the blanket. 😂
It’ll be live by the end of the week! 🥳

NEW DROP! 🏔️

This 8’ x 4’ mini-mural was commissioned by U.S. Bank for their Breckenridge branch — and I’m already working on the blanket! 😂

Now I just need a name for it.

I’m thinking “Timberline.” What do you think? 👇

What should I call this design?

365 days of Brecken Wild. 🏔️

A year ago, I decided to stop wondering “what if” and give this thing a real shot.

I had no idea what I was doing or where it would go. I still don’t. But somewhere between the art, the products, the wins, the mistakes, the money invested, the scary yeses, the necessary noes, and simply refusing to quit—I changed too.

I built the confidence to trust myself.
The courage to keep going.
And the capacity to become more than I was when I started.

That might be the part of Year One I’m most proud of.

To every person who bought something, shared a post, stopped by my booth, encouraged me, or simply followed along—thank you. You helped turn this little idea into something real.

Year One proved it could work.

Now I want to see how far we can take it in year two!
