Day 2 at the Contractor Freedom Event was all about team alignment and accountability! š§ š„
Todayās focus was on understanding our roles deeper, taking clear ownership of our responsibilities, and defining the key numbers that show us whether weāre truly winning for our clients. š
We also dove into how to have more meaningful, productive conversations as a teamāmoving beyond just basic day-to-day operations to focus on helping each other grow personally and professionally.
At the end of the day, building a stronger team internally is how we deliver an exceptional, 5-star experience for our homeowners on every single job. šš
