Spray Foam Insulation Installer : Full-timeSalary: $22.00 - $40/ hour + Performance Bonuses

Are you an experienced Spray Foam Installer looking for steady, year-round work with a company that respects your skill? We are a fast-growing, top-rated local insulation company looking for a reliable Spray Foam Installer to join our crew immediately.
We provide modern equipment, well-maintained rigs, and a steady pipeline of residential and commercial projects.

What You'll Do:Operate and maintain high-pressure spray foam rigs, proportioners, and spray guns.Prep job sites properly (masking windows, doors, and floors) to ensure a clean application.Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation to walls, attics, and crawlspaces according to safety and building codes.Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site and perform basic routine maintenance.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all OSHA

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience spraying high-pressure polyurethane foam preferred (we will train the right reliable individual with a strong construction background)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a major plus).
Attributes: Dependable punctuality, strong work ethic, and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE (respirators, suits) comfortably.
