No two water features we build are ever the same — and that's exactly the point. These three installations show just a glimpse of what's possible when natural stone and custom craftsmanship come together.

Whether it's a massive boulder with water cascading over its surface, a stacked stone arrangement, or something uniquely shaped to fit your space, Stix & Stones designs every water feature from scratch to look like it was always part of the landscape.

No prefab shells. No generic fountains. Just beautiful, site-specific stonework that brings the soothing sound of running water to your own backyard retreat.

Curb appeal meets craftsmanship. 🌿
This sweeping paver pathway through lush artificial turf is the kind of landscape design that stops people in their tracks. The gentle curve draws the eye, the turf stays green and pristine through every Flagstaff season, and the natural stone borders tie it all together with the surrounding pines and boulders.
Stix & Stones specializes in creating landscapes that feel intentional — where every line, every material, and every transition is designed to complement both your home and the natural Northern Arizona environment around it.

Sometimes the best backyard upgrade is simply a lush, green space you can actually enjoy. 🌿
This custom artificial turf installation, surrounded by natural boulders and Flagstaff pines, was designed by Stix & Stones to feel like a natural extension of the landscape — not something dropped into it. From the organic shape of the turf area to the rock placement and decomposed granite surround, every detail was intentional.
In Northern Arizona, low-maintenance doesn't have to mean low-character. Artificial turf holds up beautifully through Flagstaff's weather extremes while staying green and usable all season long.

There's nothing like a custom flagstone patio and natural boulder fire pit to turn your backyard into the place everyone wants to gather. 🔥
This is exactly the kind of one-of-a-kind outdoor space Stix & Stones was built to create. No two flagstone installations are alike — each stone is selected and set by hand to create a patio that looks like it's always belonged there. Pair that with a natural boulder fire feature designed around Flagstaff's cool high desert evenings, and you've got something truly special.
This isn't a kit. This isn't a catalog. This is fully custom, design-to-build landscaping crafted specifically for your property and your lifestyle.
