These were remaining flooring projects wise , that were to be done for these wonderful clients finishing

1) staircase - painting of staircase - new black aluminum balusters to given that modern rich look 🔥

2) refinishing of kids master suite

3) refinishing of living room & dining room

4) back staircase remodel - consisting of refinishing & painting of entire staircase

All refinishing was done for “jacobean” + one coat sealer and 2 coats of “satin” water based polyurethane

Painting of staircase was by white in “pearl” sheen

Good Evening,

This project #2 for these lovely homeowners. First project was hardwood floor refinishing when they had first bought the house

This was selective demolition of kitchen - prepared plumbing for new sink location, new dishwasher , replace the light/fan fixture in ceiling. Installed new underlayment on subfloor , installed 12”x 24” rectangle tiles and then came the fun part. Installing in “Homestead Oak” this included pantry cabinet with 4 roll-out trays, refrigerator side panels and all cabinets with finished crownmoulding & toekicks. Customer decided to paint on his own

Good Evening

This is 3rd and final phase of complete hardwood refinishing at this beautiful family’s home in the Cloverhill development

First phase = refinish for stain finish of 2 bedrooms and dining room

Second phase = staircase remodel , replace 2 cracked stair treads and then refinish for stain & finish. Lastly replaced entire railing for complete modern look in matching stain & finish

Third phase = refinishing of final bedroom, hallway & living room for “early american” + 1 coat sealer + 2 coats water based Easy Finish “Satin”

Good Evening,

After remodeling all 4 of their bathrooms we came back to refresh their kitchen as well. We present to you now updated , refresh new kitchen for the family and friends to enjoy it for as long as possible

Starting from the floor it was decided to keep the floors, so we refinished entire area plus hallway for .us nordic seal + 2 coats of Bona Traffic HD.

We updated both locations and number of outlets for new layout, removed double stacked oven and prepared island location for 2 additional appliances. Replaced all can lights and switches in area. Lastly replaced 2 of canned lights with new light fixture centered above island.

For cabinets we have “Hamilton Door Style “ in color “Evergreen Fog”. These feature following:

Stanisci Hood with blower

Spice and utensil pullouts

Microwave and steamoven base

Servo-driven garbage can pullout

Half moon pullout in corner, tray pullouts

Deco door ends with 2 piece crown build up

Color matched floating shelf

For countertop and backsplash they went with the beautiful, high-end, Cambria Berkshire Satin Ridge.

All appliances are by Wolf - microwave + steam oven + full range stove + refrigerator

Walls were painted with “Seapearl”

This basement was lifeless and outdated, fortunately our team came in, removed the carpet + installed Oasis “Owl Oak” Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring , new shoe moulding

Next up we took to repainting the entire area , now the space is brighter, more inviting and ready to entertain

We were called in to replace tile floor in this foyer area. Removed existing tile, installed underlayment , installed & grouted 31” x 31” square tiles

Finished off with all new 2 1/4” baseboard. Our team installs tiles, hardwood (unfinished or prefinished), vinyl plank flooring , engineered hard.

This entire house in beautiful cloverhill development needed hardwood floor refinishing and it had to be split into 3 phases - starting with phase #1 - Staircase Remodel - included replacement of 2 stair treads, replacement and supplying of new oak railing with square right balusters

All steps, landing area, and railing were sanded in preparation for “early american” with one coat sealer + 2 coats water based “Satin”

Good Morning,

Our team was referred to the new homeowners of this beautiful house by local realtor.

What started as just upstairs has upgraded since then ; Upstairs - Removed all carpet, installed prefinished nosings, removed doorway in one of the bathrooms and closed it up (because room next to is gonna become full walk-in closet) and installed Tulip Prefinished “Metro Brown 3 1/4” everywhere upstairs.

Basement : we removed all carpet and installed Olivium “Owl Oak” vinyl plank flooring

Now step 2 of basement remodel project will be complete painting and replacement of one of the doors. On top of that is also refinishing of all existing floors in remaining spaces of the house.
