Backyard Transformation in the Shoals!

This backyard had become overgrown and outdated, so we gave it a complete makeover. We removed the old vegetation and failing cross-tie wall, then rebuilt the space with a clean, functional design the homeowners can enjoy for years to come

The project included a Belgard three-piece paver patio, new sod and shrubs, a new retaining wall, and Belgard landing tread steps creating a finished transition into the backyard.

From tear-out to the final details, we take pride in building outdoor spaces that look great and are built to last.

Out with the old and in with the new.

We tore out this failing old retaining wall and replaced it with a new Rockwood Premier 8 block retaining wall, giving the property a cleaner look and a strong, dependable wall designed to last for decades.

We added drainage, base preparation, and finished this wall so that it will last a lifetime.

Don't mind us looking back on some of our favorite transformations...

With this property, we were able to provide some drainage as well as a good facelift. We also excavated the hillside and created a larger patio area around the pool.

Honestly, the pictures speak for themselves.

What's your favorite part of this transformation?

Here’s a big project we are incredibly proud of! This hillside started as a blank slate, and after some very long, hard days, our crew completely transformed it.

With the architectural design by Iron Gate Studios, this project included over 2,000 retaining wall blocks, 3,000 square feet of pavers, and more than 500 tons of gravel—not to mention the beautiful pool knocked out by Miller Pools!

A lot of hard work went into bringing this one to life, and we couldn’t be more proud of our crew and the finished product. It’s always rewarding to see a vision come together from the ground up!

As the late Jimmy Buffett once sang, "Wastin' away again in Belgardritaville"! Check out this Pool Oasis recently completed by Florence, Alabama, Belgard Authorized Contractor, Murphy Bros. Landscaping using Dimensions Cheswick with Midnight Accents, Midnight Landings Steps, Midnight Marina coping, & Anchor Diamond Wall!
Would love to be spending this Thursday afternoon in this pool listening to a little Jimmy Buffett!
