NOTICE (PLEASE READ):
Over the past few days, we have had several people call/message asking about their in-store charge accounts and their balance due to the impersonation attempt coming from an unknown person. I would like to point out, this issue does not and has not affected any personal charge accounts at Wills Ridge Supply. Wills Ridge Supply has not been hacked in any way. This has affected only our vendors. This is an impersonation in the instance that this person has tried to contact vendors to get balances that we owe our vendors only. But for safe measure;

I would like to reiterate, Wills Ridge Supply would NEVER:
-Ask for a credit card number
-Ask for bank account information
-Or any other kind documentation of any sort pertaining to your account/outstanding balance over Facebook/Messenger or any other form of social media.

Due to this risk, If there is any email sent to you that has our business name, address, phone number, or even if it has a legitimate employee name from Wills Ridge Supply that asks you for such documentation, DO NOT REPLY AND TRASH THE EMAIL. Again, due to this risk, if you have any question(s) about your account/balance, please come in to the store and speak to someone directly. I am actively trying to fix this issue, but until further notice, come see us in-person for any of your financial questions.

Thank you,
Hunter Gallimore
