🌱♻️ Turning Waste Into Something Wonderful!

Here at Floradel Citrus Nursery, we’re taking sustainability to the next level with our large-scale composting operation! We’re creating massive 300-foot-long compost windrows using raw tree vegetation, turning natural waste into a valuable resource! 🌳

As this vegetation naturally decomposes, it transforms into nutrient-rich organic matter that improves soil health, increases water retention, supports beneficial microorganisms, and helps plants thrive! 🌿

🪱 One of the biggest benefits? WORMS! As our compost matures, earthworms help break down the organic material, allowing us to eventually harvest valuable worm castings, one of nature’s best natural soil amendments!

What some see as waste, we see as the foundation for healthier plants, richer soil, and a greener future! 💚

The fruiting plants are leaving the nursery by the truckload this week for our buy 9 get 1 FREE sale!

We just finished filling up several trucks full of blueberry bushes, thornless blackberry bushes, fruit trees, and citrus trees!

Y’all. You definitely don’t want to miss out on this sale! We’re running this sale through the end of October to help move the rest of the crops we had grown out for the fall season.

We’re making room for even MORE expansions to happen for the spring of 2027. MORE greenhouses are going up, MORE varieties of plants will be offered. Our growing area is getting expanded. Our retail mats are getting expanded. We’re growing as fast as we can, God willing.
