Take a look through the before, during, and after photos of this incredible basement remodel!

This space started as a partially finished basement that had experienced flooding and was in need of a complete transformation. The flooding issue was resolved and a new egress window was added, setting the stage for the remodel.

From there, our team got to work transforming the space from the ground up, creating a beautiful, comfortable, and functional extension of the home.

Throughout the project, our focus was on quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and attention to detail. From the initial demolition and preparation through the final finishing touches, each phase of the remodel helped bring!

Elevating the Details That Define a Home.

This staircase received a transformation with the installation of a custom modern metal interior railing, replacing the traditional golden oak design.

The streamlined metalwork introduces a refined, contemporary aesthetic while creating a strong architectural focal point within the space. The result is a clean, timeless look that seamlessly complements the home’s elevated interior design.

Thoughtful craftsmanship. Modern elegance. A finished look designed to make a lasting impression.

This project was definitely overdue for replacement! Once we got started, we found the original posts were hollow, the supports were failing, and there was extensive rot throughout the structure. The right side of the roof had dropped so badly that we had to raise it over 5 inches just to bring everything back level and structurally sound.
After a lot of hard work, everything is now solid, level, safe, and built the right way. Projects like this are always rewarding because the transformation truly speaks for itself — the before and after pictures tell the whole story!
We take pride in doing quality work that not only looks good, but lasts for years to come. Thank you to our customers for trusting us with your homes and projects!
