The mornings call for an extra layer, but the afternoons still feel made for getting outside! It’s a good time to enjoy the fall weather while getting a few things ready for the colder days ahead.

Stock up on feed, bedding, and animal care essentials, pick up wood pellets or coal for those chilly nights, and tackle seasonal chores with lawn and garden supplies. We also have rodent traps and repellents to help as unwanted visitors start looking for a warm place inside.

Fall flower bulbs are now available, too! Enjoy these beautiful afternoons getting them planted, and look forward to a welcome splash of color in the spring.

Still adding a little fall color to your porch? We have plenty of pumpkins to choose from! With Halloween coming up, browse our wide variety of ornamental pumpkins, gourds, mini pumpkins, and carving pumpkins—whether you’re decorating a whole display or planning a pumpkin-carving night.

Stop by, take a look around, and let us help you check a few things off your fall list. Thank you for shopping local with My Farm Source!

A little preparation now can make those first cold nights a lot easier!

With colder weather headed our way this weekend, it’s a good time to give your home, barn and garden a quick check:

• Bring tender potted plants indoors and cover frost-sensitive plants overnight.
• Disconnect and drain garden hoses before freezing temperatures arrive.
• Check animal shelters for drafts and make sure bedding stays clean and dry.
• Keep an eye on outdoor water buckets as temperatures drop.
• Secure lightweight decorations and loose items ahead of the wind.
• Watch for signs of mice looking for a warm place to settle in.

At My Farm Source, we’re here to help you get ready—from wood pellets for chilly nights to feed, livestock care supplies and rodent control essentials.

Stop in, stock up and get a few things checked off your list before the cold settles in. Thank you for shopping local and letting us be part of caring for your home, farm and animals!
