We installed a full operator setup at this company's other building and they loved it so much, that they had us out to this gate to update it! We found that the chain was completely rusty and needed replaced, so we started with that, then we moved on to installing a free exit loop and detector. After that, we programmed 10 new remotes and then we finished up by adding a 7 day timer, allowing them to set specific dates and times for this gate to function by itself. This one turned out great! We got a call from a general contractor/roofer, who was having issues getting their sub-contractors out to build this deck and lean to. We met them on site and made a plan to get it done for them. After starting, we quickly realized that the house was pretty far out of square and so was the concrete step (about 4" out and about 1" out of level). So, after we installed the footers, posts and drop beams, we found the best way to make everything look square with the house. After that, we wrapped the step, and sheathed the roof, so that the roofing company could come in and get that finished, get the old siding removed and replaced and then the ceiling lumber can go on. Here is a before and after of a lamp post that we finished up today, just as it started to rain. The homeowners called us because their existing light post was leaning, and they wanted something more substantial and longer lasting. So, we started by digging the existing post out of the ground, re-set it in a footer, framed around it, added concrete board and a scratch coat. Then we wrapped that with a stone veneer, and custom cut/drilled/rock faced a limestone cap to finish it off! We used a few different lines of stone to get the look of the existing (discontinued) stone on the house. We're so happy with how this one turned out! Here is a really cool semi-privacy wall that we finished today. This homeowner saw another privacy wall that we installed last summer, the issue was that he wanted it to be 7ft tall, but the pre-manufactured options stop at 6ft tall. So, we fabricated 7ft steel posts, painted them with matte black paint , framed it all with Owens Corning lumber and custom built the sections with TimberTech English walnut decking. We used matching fascia for the trim and cortex plugs to hide all the fasteners. We're very happy with how this one turned out! Give us a call for your free quote at 260.755.8467.
