Halloween, but make it a team sport. 🎃

We kept our annual pumpkin decorating tradition going this year, taking some time during the workday to step away from the screens, get creative, and enjoy some camaraderie around the office.

Our team has some serious pumpkin 🎃 decorating chops.

Transparency shouldn’t just be a value on paper. It can be part of the design, too.

For Northwest Allen County Schools' administration center, soaring glass windows at the public-facing community meeting and school board room create a strong visual connection between the district and the people it serves.

It’s open, welcoming and intentional — a space that reflects the importance of bringing the community in and keeping the conversation visible.

A space built to help a community thrive ⬆

We joined the Schererville Family YMCA of Crossroads YMCA Association this weekend to celebrate the ribbon cutting for its expanded facility — creating more room for fitness, connection, learning and play, and more ways for people of all ages to thrive.

This is Enriching Communities in action: creating places that bring people together and make a difference in everyday life.

Congrats to the Crossroads YMCA team and our construction partners, Tonn and Blank Construction, on bringing this project to life!

Fort Wayne is on the rise ⬆, and this week, our friends from The Greater Springfield Partnership got a firsthand look.

We spent a couple days touring a few Elevatus projects, sharing what’s happening around our city, and swapping ideas with people who care about the future of their communities.

Thanks to the group for making the trip over. We enjoyed showing off a little of our work and the city we get to call home.

Connection by Design ⬆

The projects bring us together. The relationships keep us connected.

We love sharing the work we’ve created, catching up on what’s next, and spending time with clients who’ve become friends along the way.

Investing in Fort Wayne—and in one of the region’s most transformative developments. 👀

Lake City Bank is expanding its presence at Electric Works with a new commercial banking and credit administration headquarters and a full-service branch.

We’re excited to continue our design work at the campus and work with another local company as it grows. ⬆

Lake City Bank said Wednesday that it will establish a branch and also a market headquarters for commercial banking and credit administration at Electric Works.

A little sneak peek from Wildwood. 👀

Our team was on site this week to check in on the addition and renovation at Wildwood Racquet + Wellness Club—and the steel is officially going up.

Things are starting to take shape.

Happy World Architecture Day! 📐

Architecture has the power to shape how we live, learn, work and connect. It can change the way a place feels, bring people together and help communities grow.

So yeah, we celebrate like it’s Christmas.

And this Saturday, we’re bringing the celebration to Science Central. The Young Architects Forum Fort Wayne is teaming up with Science Central for a hands-on day where kids of all ages can explore architecture, tackle interactive design challenges and see what it’s like to think like an architect.

📍 Science Central
📅 Saturday, October 10
⏰ 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

Come celebrate with us. Big ideas welcome. 🏗️

The town has turned pink. 🎀

For the next month, you’ll see pink ribbons popping up all over Fort Wayne in support of breast cancer research and the people in our community affected by it.

Thanks to the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer and Lutheran Health Network for the important work behind Ribbons for Research.
