My wiring was exposed, my ceiling opening was visible, and I needed a little attention.

Dear Property Manager,

A rat found its way in & was scaring my tenant. Not exactly the kind of roommate we had in mind. 😳🐀

The Handyman Doctor traced the areas where it could get in and secured the access points from both inside and outside—including under my kitchen sink.

They closed the gaps, added a rodent-resistant expanding barrier where needed, and made sure the openings were properly secured.

Because sometimes the repair isn’t about what you can see when it’s finished.
It’s about knowing what can’t get back in. 🏡
