We’re happy to announce that our parent company, Roppe Holding Company (RHC), has named a new president—Norman J. Freebeck. With more than 30 years of manufacturing leadership and 14 years with RHC, Norm brings a deep operational mindset, an established record of results, and a people-first approach to the role. His history at RHC has already helped drive growth and innovation across our family of companies, and he looks forward to continuing this trajectory. Norm steps into the position with great respect for the legacy built by Don and Judy Miller—one grounded in strong relationships and fostering a shared purpose of supporting RHC’s success. Please join us in welcoming Norm as he helps guide RHC into its next chapter.
