3 heads, 1 condenser on this Victorian home. With remodeling underway, we were brought in to provide an additional source of heat and A/C for select rooms on the second floor. This was a detailed install with quite a bit of wire, line sets, and line-hide to work into the existing structure. Despite the challenges, everything came together clean and turned out great. Another project we’re proud to put our name on. 🔥❄️

From an empty backyard to a full heating & cooling system — this one was a transformation! 🔥❄️

This business was tired of dealing with high humidity in their shop, which was affecting the parts they were rebuilding. They called us to come up with a solution, and we got to work. Each work bay now has its own dedicated zone with mini-split heads, including a combination of high-wall units and cassettes. As we got each unit up and running, the happier the employees got! 😂

It’s always rewarding to see the difference proper heating, cooling, and humidity control can make in a workspace. Thank you for choosing and trusting X-Treme Conditions to keep your workspace comfortable and your equipment protected!

This system was ready for an upgrade after a failed compressor that took the old Weather King out of service. We removed the existing equipment and installed a new Carrier air handler and condenser, giving this customer a reliable, efficient system they can count on. We were also able to clean everything up and get the equipment looking much better than when we started! Thank you for choosing X-treme Conditions when you were in a pinch.

This home presented a unique challenge with no existing ductwork and baseboard heat already in place. Instead of forcing a traditional system into a home that wasn’t designed for it, we created a custom comfort solution built around the customer’s needs. We installed a 3 head multi-zone ductless mini split system, providing efficient cooling exactly where the customer wanted it while adding reliable supplemental heat for year round comfort. The finished install came together beautifully. The line hide was selected to complement the exterior color of the home, keeping the system clean, professional, and visually appealing. Every home is different, and every solution should be too.

Quick in and out replacement for this customer! We removed an old York furnace that had reached the end of its life and installed a brand-new furnace along with central A/C. No more worrying about an aging system, and now they’ll stay comfortable year-round with reliable heat in the winter and cool air in the summer.
