Sometimes you get a customer who has a vision for the end goal — and that makes it pretty easy for this humble handyman to shine! 🔨
A big thank you to Jeff McNabb for trusting Happy to Help with this awesome project.
We took the original builder-grade vinyl porch ceilings and gave them a serious upgrade with stained pine tongue-and-groove, finished out with matching inside corner trim.
On the back porch, we also: • Removed two existing can lights
• Installed a new ceiling fan in their place
• Added an outlet for a future TV installation
And we’re not quite finished yet! The front porch will be getting a new light fixture in the near future to complete the look.
The stained wood completely changed the feel of these spaces. Projects like this are exactly why we love what we do — taking a customer's vision and helping bring it to life.

Having fun with my new head unit in my new work van. I'm kind of a big obsessive nerd when it comes to av and my business. 😁

✨ ANOTHER PATIO RESCUED! ✨

This outdoor space got the full treatment!

✅ Pressure washed
✅ Old joints cleaned out & re-sanded
✅ Patio re-sealed for protection and a refreshed finish
✅ New pergola assembled & installed

It’s amazing what a good cleaning, fresh sand, and sealer can do for an older paver patio. Add the new pergola, and this backyard is ready to be enjoyed again!

✨ BEFORE & AFTER — SMALL CHANGE, BIG IMPACT! ✨

This customer wanted some extra storage and display space in the bedroom, so we installed this industrial-style pipe shelving and got everything securely mounted and ready to use.

Sometimes you don't need a full remodel to completely change how a room looks and functions. A simple custom addition can make a huge difference! 🔨🏠

Need shelves, storage, repairs, or another project knocked off your list? Happy to Help!

Rotten exterior trim doesn’t just look bad—it can keep getting worse when water has a way in.

We recently replaced the deteriorated wood trim around this customer’s front entry and garage with PVC trim boards. No more rotting wood, and the new material is built to handle Indiana weather for years to come and paint ready. 💪🏠

If you’ve got soft, cracked, peeling, or rotting trim around your doors, windows, or garage, give Happy to Help Handyman & General Services LLC a call!
