I was single at the time and would be living alone so it seemed like a good idea, and let me tell you it really was. I had an ex boyfriend try to break in and the alarm scared him off. The cameras also caught him threatening me and were enough evidence for a restraining order. I am forever grateful to Chris for helping me out; I'll always recommend his services!!"

Great review from Brian... "Jarvis Smart Homes absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, the billing was straightforward (which feels like a rare superpower these days), and their team was incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process.

They actually answered questions, kept me updated, showed up when they said they would, and made sure everything was working the way it should. No disappearing acts, no mystery charges, and no “we’ll get back to you” that turns into three weeks of silence.

The whole experience was professional, personal, and refreshingly easy. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right—not just getting the job done.

They arrived on time, were professional and knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it before they left. They did everything I asked for and then some.
