Callaway Materials is looking for a dependable, motivated Weigh Scale Operator to join our team at Whetstone Quarry.

This position plays an important role in our daily quarry operations, working directly with customers and drivers while keeping load tickets, weights, and daily records accurate and organized.

Responsibilities include:
• Weighing incoming and outgoing trucks
• Preparing load tickets and maintaining accurate records
• Providing professional customer service to drivers and customers
• Maintaining the scale house and surrounding area
• Assisting with daily reports and documentation
• Communicating with quarry personnel to keep trucks moving efficiently
