Anyone that is in the market to build soon, please reach out. I’ve had a house that’s been kicked down the list a little bit and we will have an opening for a house to start between now and first of the year. Would also consider smaller projects too at this time, framing dry ins, certain remodels, or small structures like a detach garage or mother in law suit. Just reach out and we’ll see if we can’t get you in line.

Still looking to hire a carpenter. Pay based on experience, we’re looking to fill a spot with a $20-$25/hr type guy. Need someone familiar with construction more than just general labor.

We’re Hiring !!!! Looking for a framing carpenter on a small crew. We need someone knowledgeable about framing not just labor or a gopher. Must be comfortable with heights, must have a reliable way to and from work. We run drug free and alcohol free job sites, so that’s a must. Pay is based on experience, you don’t have to know everything, just be willing to learn. You’ll be working with one of if not the best framer in Etowah county. It’s a bonus if you can trim, and do inside finish carpentry.

Get you a painter that can make gel stained fiberglass look like high end wood. For those wondering with fiberglass you get the same look as wood, without the issues of warping, cracking, moving, possibly rotting like wood. Most painters just can’t make them look this good.

For those that don’t know. We usually we do everything from clearing land and utilities, building the complete house start to finish, even landscape. However, We will do as much or as little as a customer wants. These customers we did just a dry in package. He is in the trades, so he can do some work himself, or trade out with other guys in other fields all to help himself save money. In this case, we did footings, foundation, framing, roofing, doors and windows, siding (yet to come) concrete porches, brick steps(yet to come). Basically we’re giving him a 100% completed outside shell of a house and he will finish out the inside.
