What a weekend, Woodstream family.

Columbus Day Weekend 2026 is in the books, and it was one for the memory bank.

The weekend started when an abundance of cuteness descended on us at ... Mrs Granger and Ms Graham's pre-k class came for a class trip. They had a blast... Our hearts were full of joy. Adorable is an understatement.

Then Friday night kicked things off with the food truck and a b**r and c***r tasting on the store patio. And who can resist watching Kids playing in piles of leaves all weekend - especially in slowmo!

Saturday brought kids crafts, a co****le tournament, Candy Bingo, and the Brother James Band playing under the fall sky. Sunday wrapped it up with gaga ball, a basketball tournament, and a hayride through the peak-color leaves. Somewhere in there, a whole lot of c***r donut Quack Attacks, c***r slushies, and apple c***r floats disappeared and the black birds started flying south for the winter!

But the moment we’ll remember most wasn’t on the schedule.

More than 100 campers came together for a surprise farewell party for Linda and Sylvain. After welcoming families to Woodstream Campsite, and after helping us through every step of this year’s transition, they got the send-off they deserved: hugs, stories, a few happy tears, and a crowd that proves what they built here is a community, not just a campground.

Linda and Sylvain, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Looking forward to having you camp here for many years to come!

And to everyone who came out this weekend: thank you for making it feel like home. One weekend left before we close for the season on October 18. We’ll see you around the campfire.
