I want to give a big thank to Mike Worley for trusting me again with one of his rental properties in flowery branch.

He advised me that the tenant had noticed a small leak at the water heater & was able to schedule a good time for me to come by the next day. Once I got there I verified the leak and told Mike I would need to replace the faulty shut off valve to the water heater.

Well I replaced the valve, turned the water back on then i started to get that electrical fire smell. So I cut the power of the the water heater and checked all the electrical for the water heater. (Power source and the connections at the heating elements. I didn't find anything) So that meant I had to crawl under the house. That when I found it! Looked like something had chewed the wire and since it had gotten wet it was arcing (but the breaker wouldn't trip???)

Anyways I replaced the mangled powers supple cable and put a new shut off valve

WATER BACK ON.

Got a call from Cassandra she had previously had me come out to do a estimate for her. She was concerned that water was getting inside her home when it rained and believed that it was the gutters, I grabbed my ladder and shot over before the next rain came into town.

Unfortunately I found what I believe to be a stray bullet hole in her roof.

The hole no longer is a concern for her after giving One call Saul handyman services a call.
