✨ It all began with Rob Lash in 1976
A UF‑trained builder with a passion for craftsmanship, Rob helped shape Gainesville through commercial development, including projects like the Meridian Center on NW 43rd Street.

Rob later founded Lash Custom Homes, building in beloved Gainesville communities such as Avalon, Weatherstone, Mill Hammock, Meadowbrook, Mill Pond, Ridgemont, and Willow Creek.
